Photography Session Agreement (please read contract below and use the form at the bottom to sign and agree)

1. Scope of Services

Ilana will provide a 1-2 hour photography session on location (outdoor or lifestyle/home), specializing in candid, natural moments. Each session includes:

• All the best professionally edited images from the session (typically 30–40+)
• A private online portal for download and sharing
• A 15-minute planning call (location + outfit guidance)

Service area includes Portland, OR and up to 20 miles outside the city. Travel beyond 20 miles will incur a $50 fee.

2. Payment & Session Fee

• Total Cost: $300
• Payment Schedule:
  
  • 50% deposit ($150) due at booking to hold your date
  • 50% balance ($150) due on session date
• Travel Fee: $50 for sessions more than 20 miles from Portland
• Payments are accepted via Venmo (@OakJay)

3. Delivery Timeline

Images will be delivered via private online gallery no later than 30 days after the session. You will be able to download, share, and print the images for personal use.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days: The deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: Deposit is non-refundable + $50 late cancellation fee
• One free reschedule is allowed if requested 48+ hours in advance

If Ilana must cancel due to illness, emergency, or uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

Ilana retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive full personal-use rights to the final images and may:

• Download and print photos
• Share them on social media (with optional credit: @ilanarosecloud)
• Use them for personal or professional use (e.g., portfolio, announcements)

Ilana may use select images for her portfolio, website, and marketing (social media, print, etc.).

Client Acknowledgement: By signing below, you grant permission for Ilana to use your images for publicity and marketing purposes. If you prefer your images not be shared, please notify Ilana in writing.

6. Limit of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver a beautiful and successful session, Ilana is not responsible for circumstances beyond her control, including:

• Weather or environmental conditions
• Equipment malfunction
• Illness or emergencies
• Uncooperative children, pets, or subjects

If something prevents Ilana from delivering usable images due to her own error or an uncontrollable issue, the client will be offered either:

• A full refund of all payments made, or
• A complimentary reschedule of the session, based on mutual availability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. Ilana is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

1. Legal Terms

Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oregon.

Severability:
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement:
This contract represents the entire understanding between Ilana and the Client. No other agreements, promises, or representations—whether written or oral—are binding unless added to this document in writing and signed by both parties.

Amendments:
Changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both the Client and Ilana.
